Will my acne go away after my antibiotics course is finished?

Hi everyone, my derm has prescribed me minocycline(100mg per tablet) and eryacne topical antibiotics(twice a day after washing my face). I was told to eat to oral antibiotics, one tablet per day. After three months, my condition had improved quite alot, but with some/quite a number pimples left on my forehead.( I am exposed to sun VERY often). Now he has cut down my oral intake to once every 2 days and I will be cut off from oral antibiotics after 2 months when my supply runs out. My topical antibiotics cream thing will also be stopped after I used it up. My question is, if I stop using these products, will my acne come back worse or same as before? I hope it gets better or maintain the state currently. I am 14 by the way. Thanks!
