What is up with my brain? Help please!?

Hi, strange today my head also ran away from me and yea it can be quite uncomfortable trying to function normally and having to deal with your out of control mind.. mmm, well doesnt matter really wheter you ask ur bf or not, if you guys have an honest relationship then asking him would be alright, but if he stops you from checking out your own well being then dont listen to him, you are your own person and allowed to do what you think is right. if you feel that this causes much more truble in your life or have any other problems in certain areas then go ahead and see the doctor. Racing thoughts is all i can think of, but im not sure with what it comes with, mania or something else, because you havent mentioned any other symptoms so i cant put a proper thought to it, but if you feel that its a problem, then find the right answer to your qeustion..
