What is the number one way to learn C Programming?

I'm a student and I need to learn C Programming as quickly and efficiently as possible. I'm not a complete cheap *** so I'm actually willing to spend money on it but that doesn't mean that I have a limitless supply of cash. So can someone please tell me what the best way is, whether it's some book, website etc.
