sounds healthy to me but you sound tiny to me. i'm like over ten stone and 5'5 so i wouldn't worry too much if i were you. you should allow yourself a treat every so often too. you need to make sure though that you're getting enough iron cause you're young and all and a woman so we need more if you don't like meat especially red meat then you can get supplements or vitamin tablets or eat veg high in iron. that's all from me.
