My friend has a lawyer and we have been in court several times about his child support .He pays it through ?

the clerk of courts. His ex wife also recieved a tanf check. The judge ordered him to pay that back. How could she get bought. She gets food stamps medca and a check. She just recently got a job. Why does he have to be punished when he is a hard working man. He has to pay 800 a month plus 100 to family dss for 3000.00 she got. He does not make that much either but the judge seem to not care about that. How do you survive this. She harres him every chance she gets.
