Help me save my hibiscus tree?

It could be going through shock from being planted, don't worry, this is normal. Also, you could be over watering it. Make sure the soil isn't mushy all the time. I have 4 hibiscus shrubs and they are some hardy plants. I'll admit, I'm not the best gardener, but I've managed to keep them alive for over a year, lol. I water them one or twice a week and once a week use a little Miracle Grow. I've noticed they go through phases, sometimes they bloom a lot and other times not so much.
