Do you think governments and politicians around the world exaggerate the harmful effects of drug use?

I think they make marijuana out to be harmful when it sin't. But as for the hard stuff, lsd, crack, ect... They have the right idea. That stuff is harmful. I feel though that you should only go to jail if caught selling hard drugs not using or in small possesion. Treat drug addiction like a sickness, send drug addicts to rehab. In jail they can score drugs and not get better.
