Collection agency suing, have a statue of limitations question.?

Be careful-your 'old' account may have been sold to another creditor. If the amount is high, once the SOL has been hit, another collection agency can purchase it, to continue to try to collect on it. If it were me, I'd do all I could to pay it off and get it over with. Good luck!
