$300 for a Reverend to officiate my wedding?

Is $300 a normal charge? It just seems like a lot of money for about an hour of work to me. I don't know though...How much did you get charged? I have never met this guy, the hotel I am getting married at gave me some names and he was one. I will be checking out the others too.
